Crandall Fitness was looking for a web design and development agency to help redesign their existing website. Besides the website being dated, the existing e-commerce solutions was not capable of handling their continued growth - making an ample time to invest in their website.
Squarespace - the platform that Crandall Fitness' website was originally developed on, lacked the functionality to calculate shipping rates uniquely to their needs. Shipping bulk, and heavier weight items, there was not a clear solution on how to properly calculate rates, and hurting user experience (UX).
We went to work providing a bespoke e-commerce solution that not only correctly calculated shipping by product groups, but provided a bespoke website design, allowing their brand message, tone, and style to shine trough. We focused on providing an elevated user experience, and optimized their website for search engine optimization.
