After exploding in the Key West market for vacation rentals and earning the status of "Superhost" with AirBnb, Tiki-Suites realized their need for expansiveness beyond the limited capacity of AirBnb and their sole reliance on a third party platform to generate business. Tiki suites reached out to the expert team of Orlando web designers - Dark Matter Digital to help expand to their own independent , sole platform.

With Tiki Suites realizing that their business solely depended on a third party, high-fee platform, Tiki Suites needed another solution to showcase their amazing rental properties, local amenities, and draw attention to their brand and offerings.

We brought to their attention that AirBnb was benefiting from their popularity and a lack of a website of their own, as market trends and keyword data indicated that Tiki Suites was being searched 2,400 times / month on average.

The Solution

From the ground up - we curated a brand strategy, branding guidelines, and a custom developed website with a custom rental property solution integrated. Our developed rental management system provides an intuitive, easy to use system to track reservations, income, issue pre-authorizations, and easily integrate with big name lead management tools such as Salesforce.
