Providing personal and business financial services - from check cashing to bill pay capabilities to their customers. With 5 existing locations across the Minneapolis metropolitan area and rapid expansion on the horizon, Your Exchange knew the time had come to upgrade their existing website to a more robust and intuitive content management system to better highlight their service offerings, and have the capability to add new locations and services with their rapid growth.

Dark Matter Digital was brought on as a white-label partner to assist with the development of the website on Wordpress with a primary focus on improving the user experience of the website and improve site-wide conversion rates.

The Solution

Working in tandem with the design and SEO team, our experienced website developers dove deep into the primary goals of the website, and the aspirations to follow with this website upgrade. We analyzed the services from a UX and SEO perspective and proposed the breakdown of "personal" and "business" services followed by cash, prepaid and convenience services.

Our team implemented site-wide call-to-action following the main conversion-focus of the site - finding a store to bring the website visitor inside the doors of one of their locations. Our team developed a custom Store Locator plugin, complete with each store's address and contact information and utilized Google's developer API's to assist in finding precise locations and recommending stores based off the users current location.

In conclusion
